Kebab & Co was born from friendship, culture, and a deep belief that food can change the way people feel.

Three classmates and lifelong friends came together with one shared dream — to create a place where people from all walks of life could sit at the same table, feel welcomed, and leave a little happier than they arrived. What began in Toronto as a small idea quickly became something meaningful because guests felt something special the moment they walked in.

In Afghan culture, hospitality is sacred. A guest is never just a customer — they are someone to be honored. A meal is never just food — it is a gift of love, respect, and connection. That philosophy is the heartbeat of Kebab & Co.

When the journey brought us to Columbus, Ohio, it felt natural. This is a city of families, of cultures, of people building new lives and new dreams — just like us. We wanted to create a space where everyone could feel at home, whether they are discovering Afghan and Persian flavors for the first time or reliving memories from their childhood.
